Routes to Radical Care with ESEA Sisters
I had the privilege of offering Qigong and Sound Healing, to the ESEA Sisters. These practices were thoughtfully designed to nurture inner well-being and strengthen community bonds. During our Qigong session, we tapped into the grounding energy and discovered how ‘Qi’ flows within us and how it affects our bodies physically & emotionally.
Our exploration extended to the concept of “podmapping,” a framework that empowered us to fortify our support systems within the community. Through podmapping and interactive sessions, we uncovered the potential for radical transformation in our daily lives. The day concluded with a soothing Sound Bath, where I used Tibetan singing bowls and chimes to enhance relaxation and mental clarity, underlining the importance of inner wellbeing in our shared pursuit of transformative justice. On the day we went beyond the ordinary, fostering profound connections within the ESEA Sisters community, thank you for having me, it’s always a pleasure.

Eastern Margins – Eternal Night Market
FIVE YEARS! Eastern Margins celebrated its five-year journey at the Colour Factory on Saturday, February 4, 2023. The event was a vibrant celebration of the full spectrum of East and South-East creativity in London, with the exciting addition of the Eternal Night Marketโa concept space dedicated to showcasing the rich tapestry of creative disciplines from the East and South-East Asian community in London.
At my market stall, I offered one-to-one mini sound healing sessions, creating moments of tranquility and self-discovery for attendees. Additionally, I hosted a captivating qigong workshop, inviting participants to explore the power of movement meditation and inner wellbeing.

WKYD- Satsang Saturday
Our Satsang event on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Bay20 Community Centre in North Kensington, was a beautifully organised gathering by WKYD, bringing together spiritual seekers to explore the nature of our true selves. As a part of this event, I had the privilege of serving as the sound healer, offering participants a unique experience in their quest for self-discovery.
Rooted in the Sanskrit language, Satsang signifies the coming together of those seeking spiritual wisdom and guidance. During our event, we came together in the spirit of Satsang, exploring our true selves and fostering inner peace. The sound healing session, added a calming and restful dimension to this collective journey.
Thank you for having me join this great event.ย
