Join us for a free outdoor Qigong session as we embrace the vibrant energy of early Summer! This 60-minute practice is designed to gently energise your body, cultivate a calm mind, and connect you with community right in the heart of the CBD.
Proudly presented in collaboration with High Neighbour and supported by the City of Melbourne, this session is a wonderful way to find balance in the beautiful surroundings of Flagstaff Gardens. No experience is necessary—just come as you are!
