QIGONG is a relatively unknown movement in the modern world, however has been practiced for over 4000 years in China. Similar to Tai Chi, Qigong is a combination of:

My classes are influenced by our connection to nature and how we change with the seasons.
Each class begins with a gentle warm up of the body, followed by the teaching and flow of the movements.

- You don’t need any preparation time to change into special clothing or time for showering afterwards.
